As identified by the Wayne County Depatrment of the Environment this combines all of the smaller streams and creeks South of the Ecorse Creek and North of the Huron River. Select one of the following to go to your watershed. The above map combines all of the watershed Downriver that falls between the Rouge River on the North and the Huron River on the South. For information about adopting a section of the watershed contact the stream teams at stream_team@comcast.net. There are several different programs available from clean-ups, to micro/macro invertebrate monitoring to heavy metals testing. Help adopt a section of the waterway today!
